SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship to Australia.
Please allow 1-4 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at scentsbyjs2021@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
The shipping rate price is based on total order value:
- $12 for orders under $29.99
- $8 for orders from $30 to $45
- $3.50 for orders from 45.01 to $64.99
- Free for orders from $65 and up

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds, however, an exchange may be issued if products have been damaged in transport.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

The product must be in original packaging
The product must be unused
The product must not be damaged (excludes transportation damage)

All returns will be inspected, if the products do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the exchange.

Sale and Clearance Items

Unfortunately, any sale and/or clearance products can not be exchanged.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs regarding the items you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are correctly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
